- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for booking must send a photo/selfie with their ID in hand for signing the vacation rental agreement and send valid ID with photos of all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE, or passport).
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Although it is a Smart TV, it does not have over-the-air channels.

Estúdio novinho e lindo!
Excelente opção de hospedagem. O estúdio é novinho, super bem decorado e aconchegante.
A localização é ótima, próxima a bons restaurantes, Avenida Rebouças e Faria Lima.
