Our studio, about 25m² with cozy decor, accommodates up to 2 people in a queen bed. It features a shared laundry room and 24-hour remote security.

It's close to Avenida Rebouças and Faria Lima, just minutes from Fradique Coutinho and Faria Lima metro stations. Eldorado Shopping Mall, offering various shops and restaurants, is also nearby.


- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets. A complete set will be supplied for your stay. If you would like to change the linens or towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately.

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance. This service has an extra charge.

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is fully enclosed with glass windows, offering greater safety for the environment.

- The building offers a shared OMO laundry facility, with additional costs.

- ATTENTION: On Thursdays, parking on the streets in front of the building is prohibited from 3:00 AM onwards due to the street market setup. Please avoid inconveniences, fines, or vehicle removal.

- After your reservation is confirmed, the primary guest must provide a selfie holding a valid ID for the signing of the seasonal rental agreement. A valid photo ID (National ID, Driver's License, Foreigner ID, or Passport) must also be provided for all guests.

- Subject to availability, check-in and check-out times may be flexible. Please contact our team in advance to check whether this can be arranged.

- To ensure everyone's comfort, loud noise and the use of speakers are not permitted after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply may result in a fine in accordance with the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed.

- Visitors are not permitted during the stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio.

- Although the TV is a Smart TV, it does not have access to free-to-air TV channels.

- The studio does not have child safety screens, but it is enclosed by glass windows, providing greater safety.

- The standard electrical voltage in the studio is 110V. There are no 220V outlets available.

- The condominium's leisure areas are exclusively for residents and are therefore not available to guests.

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry facility, available for an additional fee.

- Bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket are provided. Each stay includes 1 complete set of linens. Additional linen or towel changes can be arranged for an extra fee.

- If you would like to arrange additional housekeeping during your stay, please contact our team in advance. The service is subject to availability and is available for an additional fee.

- IMPORTANT: On Thursdays, parking on the streets in front of the condominium is prohibited from 3:00 AM due to the setup of the street market. Please pay attention to this restriction to avoid inconvenience, fines, or vehicle removal. The property does not include a parking space, but paid parking facilities are available nearby.

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is required for the reservation and is intended to cover any potential damages or unforeseen incidents during the stay. If no issues are identified, no additional charges will apply. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the unit.

Estúdio novinho e lindo! Excelente opção de hospedagem. O estúdio é novinho, super bem decorado e aconchegante. A localização é ótima, próxima a bons restaurantes, Avenida Rebouças e Faria Lima. Ótimo acesso ao metrô também . Excelente estadia !
