Just 3 km from Horto Florestal and 8 km from downtown Campos do Jordão, our chalet is located in a gated community and offers comfortable accommodations for up to 5 people. It's a great option for those seeking tranquility and direct contact with nature.

The property is part of the "Chalé Florestal" (Forest Chalet) area, a shared property with other suites and chalets. The setting is peaceful and offers leisure facilities for guests.

- The chalet does not have child safety screens.

- Access to both the chalet and the bedrooms is via stairs, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

- We provide bed linens, pillows, bath towels, and blankets.

Our chalet offers:

- Living room with sofa, fireplace and 43” Smart TV.

- Integrated kitchen equipped with essential utensils for a practical and comfortable stay, such as a cooktop stove, mini-fridge, electric coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, fondue pot, among others, plus a bathroom with a gas shower next door.

Upstairs, two bedrooms:

- First bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a balcony with mountain views.

- Second bedroom with a double bed.

We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, an iron, and wardrobes in both bedrooms.

We provide 2 designated parking spaces in front of the chalet.

Guests can use the entire leisure area of the condominium and lot, which includes courts, barbecue areas and playgrounds.

I have a team responsible for managing the property, who will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including a manual, house rules, and suggestions for local leisure activities.

Chalé Florestal is located in a shared property in Campos do Jordão. 4 chalets share the space, which accommodate 6 to 9 guests comfortably, varying according to each chalet and its availability.

The condominium has a leisure infrastructure with courts, barbecue and playground that can be used by guests. Furthermore, right at the entrance to the condominium, there is a mini market that provides everything from basic products to wines.

- After confirming the reservation, the guest must submit a selfie with the document in hand for signature on the vacation rental agreement, in addition to sending photo IDs for all guests (ID, driver's license, RNE, or passport).

- The use of speakers or loud noise is not permitted after 9 p.m. Failure to comply is subject to a fine, according to the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not permitted.

- The property has 4 chalets. Therefore, we ask that you respect other guests and be mindful of noise.

- The garage and garden are common areas of the property. We request that the designated areas for each accommodation be respected.

- There is a fire pit with benches in the common area, which can be used subject to availability.

- Small pets are allowed upon prior consultation.

- Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor areas.

- Visitors are not permitted.

- You cannot exceed the number of guests indicated in the listing.

- A security deposit of R$800.00 is required with your reservation and will only be used in case of unforeseen circumstances. In the absence of damage or incidents, there will be no additional charges.

A acomodação nos atendeu perfeitamente. A localização fica há uns 10/15 minutos de carro para o sentro, no caminho do Horto e dentro de um condomínio. Nós adoramos a nossa estadia e definitivamente voltaremos ano que vem!

O chale está impecável, parece que foi reformado há poucas semanas. Os equipamentos são excelentes.

A escada é muito apertada para pessoas da terceira idade. Estava frio e senti falta de mais um cobertor.

Acomodação muito aconchegante. Tudo bem Limpo. Não cheguei a usar a lareira e nem utensílios da cozinha mas tinha tudo a disposição. Fica um pouco afastada do Centro mas o caminho é bem empolgante. Enfim eu e minha família adoramos.
