Our 250m² house accommodates up to 11 people in 4 bedrooms, including a suite. It features a fireplace and a gourmet area with a barbecue grill and pizza oven.

The house is surrounded by mountains and offers close contact with nature, as well as being located 5 km from the Capivari center, a local reference for gastronomy and tourism.

- Our caretaker lives in a house at the back of the property. If you wish, you can hire her to assist you during your stay (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and blankets.

- Pets are not allowed.

Upon entering the house, the guest will have access to:

- Living room with sofas and fireplace integrated with the dining area.

Guests will have free access to the entire property.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will pass on all the necessary information for the stay, such as a manual, property rules and leisure tips close to the location.

Quiet and familiar neighborhood, ideal for resting days close to nature, just five minutes by car from supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, etc.
