Our duplex accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed, featuring a spacious area of 55m². The condominium offers leisure facilities and a 24-hour front desk.

We are just 1km from Ibirapuera Park and close to many local amenities, such as JK Iguatemi Mall, Vila Olímpia Mall, Santander Theater, and the Vila Olímpia business center.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has safety railings, ensuring greater safety for the area.

- The condominium offers a free shared laundry facility.

- Some stairs must be climbed to access the room, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

When entering the duplex, the guest will find:

We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi and one covered, unmarked parking space.

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the pool, gym, coworking space, and dry sauna. Access to the party room and barbecue area is not allowed.
