This open-concept studio comfortably accommodates up to two people with comfort and practicality. The space features a double bed, a kitchen equipped with basic utensils, a bathroom, a wardrobe, a desk ideal for a home office, and a Smart TV. The balcony, separated by a glass door, brings more light to the environment and has a table and chairs for meals.
To ensure comfort in any season, the studio has air conditioning and an oil heater. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for those who need to work remotely.
The building offers a gym and a rooftop pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of work or sightseeing. There is no parking space, but it is possible to park on the street in front of the building.
Guests have access to all common areas of the condominium, with the exception of the party room, which is for the exclusive use of residents.
A dedicated team manages this property and will be available to provide all the information you need for your stay — from the house manual and rules to suggestions for leisure activities and tours in the area.

- After confirming the reservation, the responsible party must send a selfie holding their identification document for signing the rental contract, as well as forwarding the documents of all guests (ID card, driver's license, RNE or passport).
- The condominium values the well-being of all residents, so it is important to maintain silence after 10 PM. The use of loudspeakers and excessive noise may result in a fine according to local rules. Parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, external visitors, and pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is also prohibited.
- The property does not have child safety screens.
- Guests have access to the condominium's leisure areas, such as the swimming pool, gym, and market, but the use of the party room is restricted to residents.
- The building has a self-service OMO laundry room. Tokens can be purchased and paid for directly at the concierge desk (only via PIX or cash). Each token costs R$5, with a total of R$10 needed for a complete wash and dry cycle. Instructions are available in the laundry room, located on the ground floor.
