- After your reservation is confirmed, the primary guest must provide a selfie holding their ID for the signing of the seasonal rental agreement. A valid photo ID (National ID, Driver's License, Foreigner ID, or Passport) must also be provided for all guests.

- Subject to availability, check-in and check-out times may be flexible. Please contact our team in advance to check whether this can be arranged.

- To ensure the comfort and well-being of everyone, quiet hours must be observed after 10:00 PM. The use of speakers or excessive noise may result in a fine in accordance with the condominium rules. Parties, events, bachelor or bachelorette parties, outside visitors, and pets are not allowed. Smoking is also prohibited inside the apartment.

- The property does not have child safety screens.

- Guests may use the condominium's shared amenities, including the swimming pool, gym, and market. The party room is for residents' exclusive use.

- The condominium has a self-service OMO laundry facility located on the ground floor. Laundry tokens can be purchased directly from the front desk by PIX or cash. Each token costs R$5.00, and two tokens (R$10.00) are required to complete a full wash and dry cycle. Usage instructions are available in the laundry area.

- Bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket are provided. Each stay includes one complete set of linens, and additional changes may be requested for an extra fee. If you would like to arrange additional housekeeping during your stay, please contact our team. The service is subject to availability and an additional fee.

- The condominium does not have parking spaces. Street parking is available in front of the building, subject to availability and local parking regulations.

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is required for the reservation to cover any potential damages or unforeseen incidents during the stay. If no issues are identified, the full amount will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the unit.
