To ensure comfort in any season, the studio provides air conditioning and an oil heater. High-speed Wi-Fi is available for those who need to work remotely.
The building features a gym and a rooftop pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of work or leisure. There is no parking spot, but street parking is available in front of the building.
Guests have access to all common areas of the condominium, except for the party room, which is exclusive to residents.

- After your reservation is confirmed, the primary guest must provide a selfie while holding their ID for the seasonal rental agreement. A valid identification document (National ID, Driver's License, Foreigner ID, or Passport) must also be provided for all guests.
- To ensure the comfort and well-being of everyone in the building, quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. The use of speakers and excessive noise may result in a fine in accordance with the condominium rules. Parties, events, bachelor or bachelorette parties, external visitors, and pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the apartment is also strictly prohibited.
- The property does not have child safety screens.
- Guests may use the condominium's shared amenities, including the swimming pool, fitness center, and market. The party room is reserved exclusively for residents.
- The condominium has a self-service OMO laundry facility located on the ground floor. Laundry tokens can be purchased directly at the front desk, with payment accepted by PIX or cash only. Each token costs R$5.00, and two tokens (R$10.00) are required for a complete wash-and-dry cycle. Usage instructions are available in the laundry room.
- Bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket are provided. Each stay includes one complete set of linens, and additional changes can be requested for an extra fee. Additional housekeeping can also be arranged during your stay, subject to availability and an additional charge.
- The condominium does not have parking spaces. However, street parking is available in front of the building, subject to availability and local regulations.
- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is associated with your reservation and will only be used in the event of damages or unforeseen incidents. If no issues are identified, the full amount will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the unit.
