- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change linen and towels during your stay, this service must be hired separately).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety on the premises.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room operated by OMO (additional charges apply, instructions provided on site).

The guest will find, in the space:

- A fully equipped kitchen with a cooktop stove, refrigerator, microwave, water filter, air fryer, electric kettle and coffee maker, Nespresso machine, blender, sandwich maker, and many other utensils to make your stay comfortable, as well as a table with chairs for meals.

- In the bathroom, there is an electric shower and a hairdryer.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (fees apply and are paid directly at the location).

The guest will have access to the condominium’s leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, gym, coworking space, minimarket, and bicycle storage. Access to the party room and barbecue area is not permitted.
