Our studio has a 28m² space and accommodates up to 4 people. The building offers a gym, shared laundry facilities, and 24-hour front desk service.

The building is just 450m from the Santos-Imigrantes station (Line 2 – Green) and close to attractions such as the São Paulo Aquarium and Independence Park, home to the Ipiranga Museum.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning services during your stay, please notify our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is equipped with guardrails to ensure greater safety.

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply, instructions are available on site).

Upon entering, guests have access to:

- Studio space with a double bed, double sofa bed, table with chairs for home office, Smart TV, wardrobe, and air conditioning (both hot and cold).

- Balcony enclosed with a noise-reducing door and blackout curtains, featuring chairs, railings, and a city view.

- Kitchen equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a cooktop stove, minibar, microwave, Três Corações capsule coffee maker, air fryer, blender, sandwich maker, water filter at the kitchen tap, and both electric coffee maker and kettle, as well as an adjustable table with stools for meals.

- Bathroom with gas-heated shower and hair dryer.

We do not provide parking spaces, but you can park your car at a nearby parking lot (fees apply, paid directly to the location).

The guest will have access to the condominium's gym. They will not have access to the other leisure facilities.
