The studio accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed, in a spacious 31m² area. Located in a condominium with 24-hour security and a full leisure area.

We are close to Vila Madalena metro station (Line 2 – Green), Batman Alley, and Pôr do Sol Square. The area offers a variety of shops, including De Lá do Pão bakery, right across from the building.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket (a complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change bed linens or towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning services during your stay, please contact our team in advance (service charged separately).

- The studio is equipped with child safety screens and glass windows, ensuring a safer environment.

- The building offers a shared Wash & Go laundry facility (service charged separately; instructions available on site).

Upon entering the studio, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with essential utensils for a convenient stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, oven, range hood, blender, sandwich maker, Nespresso coffee maker, and other items. The bedroom features a rotating panel with a Smart TV, providing more privacy during use.

A balcony with a glass door separates the indoor spaces. On the balcony, there is a table with chairs for dining, blackout blinds, and a futon with a cushion in the corner, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the city view.

The studio is also equipped with an iron, hot and cold air conditioning, a bathroom with a gas-powered shower, a hair dryer, and a smoke detector for added safety.

We do not offer a parking space, but you can use nearby parking lots or park on the street in front of the building.

The guest has access to the condominium's leisure areas, such as the heated indoor pool, solarium, gym, and mini-market, all available 24 hours a day. Use of the party room is not allowed.
