The studio is about 20m² and accommodates up to 2 guests in two single beds. The building offers a 24-hour front desk and a full leisure area.

We are next to Alto do Ipiranga station (Line 2 – Green), close to the São Paulo Aquarium and Avenida Nazaré, with various shops and attractions such as the Ipiranga Museum and Independence Park.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (a complete set will be available for your stay. If you wish to change the linen or towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately).

- If you would like to request extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (this service is charged separately).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with windows, providing added security to the space.

- The condominium offers a shared OMO laundry (this service is charged separately, with instructions available on site).

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, electric coffee maker, water filter, among others.

The space also features blackout curtains, support tables for meals or home office, an iron, hot and cold air conditioning, Smart TV, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hair dryer.

We do not offer parking spaces, but it is possible to park in a nearby parking lot or on the street in front of the building.

The guest may use the condominium’s recreational areas, including the swimming pool, gym, and coworking space. Use of the barbecue grills and party room is not permitted. To access the recreational areas, facial registration is required and must be completed only once during the entire stay. Registration can be done Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and on Saturdays, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including a manual, property rules, and leisure suggestions in the area.

Haus Mitre Platô Ipiranga offers fully equipped studios measuring approximately 20m² in a condominium with a leisure area and 24-hour concierge.

- After your reservation is confirmed, the primary guest must provide a selfie while holding a valid ID for the seasonal rental agreement. A valid photo ID (National ID, Driver's License, Foreigner ID, or Passport) must also be provided for all guests.

- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Loud noise and the use of speakers are not permitted after this time. Failure to comply may result in a fine in accordance with the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed.

- Visitors are not permitted during the stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio.

- The studio does not have child safety screens. However, the windows remain closed, providing an additional level of safety.

- The standard electrical voltage in the apartment is 110V. There are no 220V outlets available.

- Guests will have access to the condominium's shared amenities, including the swimming pool, fitness center, and coworking space. Access to the barbecue areas and party room is not available. Facial registration is required to access the shared amenities. This registration only needs to be completed once and remains valid for the entire stay. It can be completed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

- The condominium offers a shared OMO laundry facility. This is a paid service, and usage instructions are available directly at the facility.

- Bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket are provided. Each reservation includes one complete set of linens for the entire stay. Additional linen or towel changes can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.

- If you would like additional housekeeping during your stay, please contact our team in advance. This service is available for an additional charge.

- The property does not include a parking space. However, parking may be available at nearby parking facilities or on the street in front of the building, subject to availability and local regulations.

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is associated with your reservation to cover any potential damages or unforeseen incidents. If no issues are identified, no additional charges will apply. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the unit.

Eu precisei de uma estadia em São Paulo enquanto me recuperava de uma cirurgia, e o local atendeu a minha necessidade, era próximo ao hospital onde eu operei, muito seguro, tanto as instalações quanto o entorno do bairro, com um pessoal da portaria extremamente solicito e seguranças na frente do prédio o que fazia pedir uber e receber entregas ser bem tranquilo, muito limpo, proximo a mercados e farmácia, e não falava no anuncio, mas batia sol na janela o dia todo, o que fez com que os dias gelados de julho ficassem mais agradáveis. Ter uma lavanderia no prédio, uma geladeira grande e uma cozinha funcional ajudou bastante no meu pós-operatório, e também o fato de ter água quente nas pias, principalmente pelo frio. Num geral foi uma experiência bastante positiva e voltaria a reservar o local no futuro.

O estúdio está novo e à quatro minutos da estação do metrô Alto do Ipiranga. A portaria do prédio dispõe do nosso nome e, no dia, recebi o código eletrônico de acesso à unidade. Apesar de pequeno, possui prateleiras e ganchos para organizar os nossos pertences. A internet foi boa, a vizinhança silenciosa para o sono e os deslocamentos fáceis.

Sensacional! Confesso q por ser um espaço novo e ainda sem avaliação, me deixou um pouco insegura. Mas fui surpreendida da melhor maneira. O contato com Meu Anfitrião foi excelente, dando td suporte em td q precisei. O studio é maravilhoso, totalmente fiel às fotos. Td novíssimo e muito confortável. Um primor em cada detalhe, utensílios de cozinha, roupa de cama, fartura de tomadas, banheiro impecável. Fiquei encantada com tanto cuidado. Quero parabenizar tb os funcionários da portaria q se mostraram muito atenciosos e educados. Em especial a Ana Paula, q me ajudou muito em uma situação q precisei. A localização tb é ótima, muito próximo do metrô e bairro tranquilo. Me senti muito segura. Foi uma excelente escolha e espero voltar mais vezes.
