Located in a condominium with complete leisure infrastructure and 24-hour in person concierge, our studio measures 25m², accommodates up to 2 people and is a great option for those looking for modernity and comfort.
It has a beautiful view of the wooded area of São Paulo, which is a great advantage. We are located a 3-minute walk from Alto da Boa Vista Metro Station and 8 minutes from Congonhas Airport. There are shopping malls, parks, restaurants and bars just a few minutes away.
- The condominium has a self-service laundry OMO (charges apply) and an Oxxo supermarket.
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).
- If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).
The studio's atmosphere is open-concept and sleeps up to 2 people in a double bed.
In the same environment we have a kitchen with utensils necessary for a practical stay, including cooktop and electric oven bathroom, closet, home office desk and SMART TV.
A balcony with glass door paralysing the spaces. On site there are chairs to take advantage of the external environment.
For a more cozy atmosphere, we have blackout curtain in the apartment division for the balcony.
We have high-speed WI-FI and hot and cold air conditioning.
We offer 1 demarcated parking space.
Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, including swimming pool, gym, home office room, toy library. You cannot use the barbecue and the ballroom.
The Agency Meu Anfitrião manages this property and will pass all the necessary information for the stay, such as manual, rules of the property and leisure tips near the locality.
Lume is located in the south of São Paulo, in the Alto da Boa Vista neighborhood, and has a complete leisure area.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- No noise or speakers are allowed after 10 pm. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
- Visitors are prohibited.
- There are no child safety screens in the apartment.
- Guests will have free access to the entire condominium, except the barbecue area and party room.
- The condominium has an OMO self-service laundry (charges apply).
- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the set and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).
- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please let our team know in advance (charges apply).
- We provide 1 marked parking space.
- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is attached to your reservation and will be used for any unforeseen events. If there are no unforeseen events, there will be no extra charges. The deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, upon inspection of the unit.
