Located in a modern condominium with full amenities and 24-hour security, our studio is about 25m² and accommodates up to 2 guests in a double bed. It’s the perfect choice for those seeking convenience and comfort.

One of the highlights is the view of the green area. We are a 3-minute walk from Alto da Boa Vista Station and 8 minutes from Congonhas Airport, close to shopping centers, parks, restaurants, and bars.
- The condominium offers OMO self-service laundry and an Oxxo market unit (services charged separately).

- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket, with one complete kit per stay. If you would like additional changes during your stay, this service can be hired separately.

The studio features an open-concept design and was planned to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests in a double bed.

Within the same space, there is a kitchen equipped with essential utensils for a practical stay, including a cooktop, electric oven, cabinet, table for home office, and Smart TV.

The balcony is integrated into the space and separated by glass doors, featuring chairs to make the most of the outdoor area.

For added comfort, the property has blackout curtains between the studio and the balcony.

We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning with both heating and cooling functions.

The property includes one designated parking space.


Guests can use the condominium's common areas, such as the pool, gym, Oxxo market, home office room, and playroom. Access to the barbecue area and party room is not available.


Meu Anfitrião Agency is responsible for managing this property and provides all the necessary information for your stay, including the accommodation manual, property rules, and leisure suggestions in the area.

Lume is located in the south of São Paulo, in the Alto da Boa Vista neighborhood, and has a complete leisure area.

- After your reservation is confirmed, the main guest must provide a selfie holding a valid photo ID to sign the short-term rental agreement, as well as send a valid photo ID (ID card, driver's license, residence permit, or passport) for all guests.

- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Noise and the use of speakers are not permitted after this time. Failure to comply may result in a fine, in accordance with the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.

- Pets are not permitted.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

- Visitors are not allowed during the stay.

- Please note that the apartment does not have child safety window screens.

- Guests have access to the condominium's common areas, except for the barbecue area and the party room.

- The condominium offers a self-service OMO laundry facility, available for an additional fee.

- We provide one set of bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket per stay. Additional replacements are available upon request for an extra charge.

- If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, please contact our team in advance. This service is available for an additional fee.

- The property includes one designated parking space.

- A security deposit of BRL 1,000.00 will be associated with the reservation to cover any potential damages or unforeseen incidents. If no issues are identified, no charges will be applied. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, following the property's inspection.
