- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket, with a complete set for each stay. If you require additional changes during your stay, this service can be requested separately.

The studio features an open-concept layout and has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests in a double bed.

In the same area, there is a kitchen equipped with essential utensils for a practical stay, including a cooktop, electric oven, cabinet, desk for home office, and Smart TV.

The balcony is integrated with the living space and separated by glass doors, featuring chairs to better enjoy the outdoor area.

For added convenience, the property offers blackout curtains between the studio and the balcony.

- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Noise and the use of speakers are not permitted after this time. Failure to comply may result in a fine, in accordance with the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed.

- Pets are not permitted.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

- Visitors are not allowed during the stay.

- Please note that the apartment does not have child safety window screens.

- Guests have access to the condominium's common areas, except for the barbecue area and the party room.

- The condominium offers a self-service OMO laundry facility, available for an additional fee.
