- After your reservation is confirmed, the primary guest must provide a selfie while holding a valid ID for the rental agreement. A valid photo ID must also be provided for all guests.

- Subject to availability, check-in and check-out times may be flexible. Please contact our team in advance to confirm whether this can be arranged.

- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. The use of speakers or excessive noise may result in a fine in accordance with the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, bachelor or bachelorette parties, and visitors are not allowed during the stay.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.

- The studio does not have child safety screens. The balcony is equipped only with safety railings.

- The standard electrical voltage is 110V. There are no 220V outlets available.

- Guests may use the condominium's shared amenities, including the swimming pool, fitness center, and 24-hour minimarket.

- The building has an OMO laundry facility, with payment made directly on site.

- One complete set of bed and bath linens, including a blanket, is provided per stay. Additional linen changes can be requested for an extra fee.

- Additional housekeeping services may also be arranged during the stay, subject to availability and an additional charge.

- The property does not include a parking space. However, paid parking facilities are available nearby.

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is required and is intended to cover any potential damages during the stay. If no issues are identified, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the unit.

A hospedagem foi simplesmente ótima! O estúdio é bem aconchegante, com um espaço que deixa qualquer um à vontade desde o primeiro momento. A localização também não poderia ser melhor: tudo o que você precisa está por perto. Tem mercados, academia para manter a rotina e ótimas opções de comida na região.
