- After confirming the reservation, the guest will be asked to send a selfie with the document to sign the contract, as well as photo IDs for all guests.
- Silence is required after 10 p.m. The use of speakers and excessive noise may result in a fine according to condominium rules.

- Smoking inside the property is prohibited.
