The studio features an open-concept design, is well-decorated, and cozy. It accommodates up to two people in a double bed.

In the same space, there is a kitchen equipped with all the necessary utensils for a convenient stay, as well as a bathroom, wardrobe, table for meals or home office, and a Smart TV.

A glass door separates the living area from the balcony. There, you will find a small table with two chairs to enjoy the view.

The studio also offers hot and cold air conditioning, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi.

We do not provide parking, but there are nearby parking options available for an additional fee.


Guests can enjoy all areas of the condominium, including the gym, sauna, outdoor pool, and heated indoor pool. The space also offers a 24-hour mini-market and a coworking area. Next to the building, there is a Smart Fit gym and a Minuto Pão de Açúcar supermarket. The party room is not available for guest use. The water quality in the pools is checked on Thursdays and Fridays; for this reason, they may be temporarily unavailable on these days if the water needs to be changed.

- To ensure everyone's comfort, loud noise and the use of speakers are not permitted after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply may result in a fine in accordance with the condominium rules.

- Parties, events, and bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.

- Visitors are not permitted during the stay.

- Bed linens, a bath towel, and a microfiber blanket are provided.

- Guests have access to the condominium's shared amenities, including a gym, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and heated indoor swimming pool. The building also has a 24-hour mini-market and a coworking space. A Smart Fit gym and a Minuto Pão de Açúcar grocery store are located next to the building. The party room is exclusively for residents and is not available to guests. Pool water quality is checked on Thursdays and Fridays. Therefore, the pools may be temporarily unavailable on one of these days if the water needs to be replaced.

- The property does not provide parking, but paid parking facilities are available nearby.

- A security deposit of R$1,000.00 is required for the reservation to cover any potential damages or unforeseen incidents during the stay. If no issues are identified, no additional charges will apply. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, following an inspection of the unit.

Minha estadia foi excelente! Todas as vezes que precisei encontrar em contato fui rapidamente respondida. A estrutura do condomínio é realmente incrível. O Studio é confortável, cama confortável, boas toalhas. A vista da varanda foi um respiro aos dias movimentados do Congresso. Tive eventos na FGV e no Centro de Convenções Frei Caneca e fiz tudo caminhando. Excelentes opções de restaurantes na vizinha. Com certeza retornarei.

This Airbnb is located in a great area that is close to a mall, gym, grocery stores and restaurants. The staff at the apartment complex were helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. Great stay overall!

Tive que fazer a reserva de última hora, mas o anfitrião foi bastante rápido em responder. Quando cheguei, o apartamento estava sendo limpo, então foi entregue em ótimas condições. O local é pequeno, mas atende muito bem a proposta (é do tamanho que se esperaria de um quarto de hotel). O prédio tem um mercadinho no térreo e tem alguns outros mercados e restaurantes na mesma rua, além de um shopping na esquina. Fica há uns 5 ou 10 minutos de caminhada do metrô. A localização é ótima. Recomendo.
