Just 800m from Allianz Parque, we are in a strategic location for those who come to enjoy shows, games or major events. We are also close to the Bourbon and West Plaza shopping malls, offering leisure options just a few minutes' walk away.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room by OMO (charges apply, instructions available directly on site).

Right at the entrance to the studio, guests will find a kitchen equipped with everything they need for a practical stay: refrigerator, cooktop, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker and electric kettle, water filter, among others.

The balcony, completely enclosed with glass windows, is separated from the main area by a glass door with blackout curtains. It is the ideal space for meals or work, with tables, chairs and a wide view of the city.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (charges apply, directly on site).
