Our studio has a space of 27m² and accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The condominium offers a leisure area and 24-hour concierge.

We are located next to the Brooklin subway (Line 5 - Lilac) and Santo Amaro Avenue, where you can find several options of shops, restaurants, markets, among others.


- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

Upon entering the studio, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, mixer, blender, Nespresso coffee maker, electric kettle, air fryer, among others. The balcony has a glass door, blackout curtains, chairs, and a view of the city.

We also provide hot and cold air conditioning, wardrobes, high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, dining table with chairs, desk with chair for home office, iron and ironing board, and bathroom with gas shower and hairdryer.

We do not provide parking spaces, but it is possible to park your car in a nearby parking lot (prices apply, directly on site).


Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the gym, TV room, mini-market and coworking space. They will not have access to the swimming pool or party room.
