Our studio accommodates two people in a double bed and boasts a 25m² space. The condominium features a leisure area and 24-hour security.
We are located next to Jabaquara Avenue, which offers a variety of shops, subway stations, and other amenities. We are also close to Congonhas Airport and Ibirapuera Park.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set will be provided per stay. If you would like to change the linens and towels during your stay, please contact us separately).
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (fees apply).
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.
- The condominium has a shared laundry room (OMO) (fees apply).
Upon entering the studio, guests will find themselves in the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and more. The balcony features seating, city views, and soundproof glass doors with curtains.
We offer air conditioning, a Philco Smart TV, a steamer, a wardrobe, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with a gas shower and hairdryer.
Parking spaces are not available, but parking is available nearby (fees apply).
Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, including a solarium with a hot tub and fire pit, a gym, and a coworking space. They will not be able to use the barbecue area. There is also an Oxxo supermarket next to the building. NOTE: The hot tub is currently undergoing maintenance and is therefore unavailable.
Meu Anfitrião Agency manages this property and will provide all the necessary information for your stay, including a manual, property rules, and tips for nearby leisure activities.
Praça Saúde by You has a complete leisure area and is a condominium with 24-hour in person concierge.

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie holding their document to sign the contact. Additionally, a valid photo identification (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport) for all guests is required.
- Noise and speakers are prohibited after 10 p.m. Failure to comply will result in a fine. The amount may vary according to the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are prohibited.
- Visitors are prohibited.
- Pets are prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has guardrails, ensuring greater security.
- The studio's standard voltage is 110V. There are no 220V outlets.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as: a solarium with a hot tub and fire pit, a gym, and a coworking space. They may not use the barbecue area. There is also an Oxxo supermarket next to the building. PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub is currently undergoing maintenance and is therefore unavailable.
