- We provide bed linen, bath towels, and a blanket (a complete set will be available for your stay. If you wish to change the linen or towels during your stay, an extra fee will be charged).
- If you need additional cleaning during your stay, please contact our team in advance (service charged separately).
- The property does not have child safety screens, but it is enclosed with glass windows, providing more safety to the environment.
- The condominium offers a shared laundry facility (additional cost, with instructions available on site).
- You need to climb a staircase to access the bed in the apartment, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
The kitchen is fully equipped to provide a practical stay, featuring a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave with oven function, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, and various essential utensils.
The living room offers a sofa, table with chairs for meals or use as a workstation, Smart TV, and large glass windows with blinds, ensuring excellent natural lighting and a view of the city.

- After your reservation is confirmed, the primary guest must provide a selfie while holding a valid ID for the seasonal rental agreement. A valid photo ID (National ID, Driver's License, Foreigner ID, or Passport) must also be provided for all guests.
- Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Loud noise and the use of speakers are not permitted after this time. Failure to comply may result in a fine in accordance with the condominium rules.
- Parties, events, and bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed.
- Visitors are not permitted during the stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
- Accessing the bed requires climbing a staircase. For this reason, the apartment is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
- The apartment does not have child safety screens. However, the windows are made of glass and remain closed, providing an additional level of safety.
- The standard electrical voltage in the apartment is 110V. There are no 220V outlets available.
- Guests will have access to the condominium's shared amenities, including the swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, squash court, coworking space, minimarket, and game room. The swimming pool and sauna are closed on Mondays. Access to the party room is not available.
- The condominium offers a shared laundry facility. This is a paid service, and usage instructions are available directly at the facility.
