Mountain chalet with forest views in Campos do Jordão

- After confirming the reservation, the person responsible for the reservation must send a photo/selfie with their document in hand to sign the season rental contract and send a valid document with photos of all guests (ID card, driver's license, foreigner's ID, or passport).

- No noise and loudspeakers after 10pm. Non-compliance will result in a fine. The price may vary from one daily rate.

- Visits are not allowed.

- Inside the property there are 4 chalets that share a common area (waterfall, trail, hammock, fire pit and outdoor tables). We ask that good coexistence between guests and respect regarding noise be maintained.

- We are not an inn. We are a seasonal chalet, so we do not offer breakfast. Our kitchen is equipped for guests to prepare their own meals.

- Parties, events and bachelor parties are prohibited.

- There is no cell phone signal in the area. We provide WI-FI.

- The chalet has stairs and is not suitable for the elderly and people with reduced mobility.

- Mandatory use of a protective screen when lighting the fireplace. When finished using, extinguish the coals and keep the screen on.

- If you are going to use the electric heater, do not cover it with any clothing or fabric. After use, please unplug.

- The chalet offers a complimentary bundle of firewood for the first night (it will already be placed in the fireplace). If you need more, you will need to purchase.

- We allow small pets, upon request.

- Smoking only in external areas.

- Bed linen, towels and thermal blanket are included in the stay. If you wish to exchange, there will be an additional fee.

- Cars must be parked in the internal circuit of the condominium, without obstructing the passage. There is no designated or covered space.

- There is no public transport nearby. We recommend coming with your own vehicle and doing some grocery shopping before arriving.
