- ATTENTION: as we are located in a residential condominium, noise and parties are prohibited throughout the day, especially after 10 pm. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a fine.

- WARNING: To access the condominium, it is necessary to go up a hill, so caution is advised when driving up it. Additionally, the car may skid on rainy days.
