- The apartment does not have child safety screens on the windows.
- The building offers a shared laundry facility (use requires a separate payment), but the apartment is already equipped with a washing machine for use during your stay.
- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket. One complete set will be provided for your stay. If you wish to change linens and towels during your stay, this service can be arranged for an additional fee.
- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance. This service is available at an extra cost.

Guests will have free access to the condominium's facilities, including a gym, sauna, outdoor pool, and heated indoor pool. The building also features a 24-hour convenience store and a coworking space available for residents and guests. Next to the condominium, there is a Smart Fit gym unit and a Minuto Pão de Açúcar market, making daily services and shopping easily accessible. The condominium's party room is not available for guest use. The pool water quality is checked on Thursdays and Fridays. For this reason, some pools may be temporarily unavailable on these days if water replacement is necessary.
