Located in a closed condominium, our house is the right option for those looking for high style and tranquility. No matter the angle, we will always have a breathtaking view of the blue channel of Ilhabela and São Sebastião or the green of the Atlantic Forest.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and light microfiber blankets. We do not provide pool or beach towels. If it is cold, we suggest that you bring heavier blankets.

- You will need to climb a few flights of stairs to access the house, which has 3 floors connected by stairs and the higher parts of the house have low railings, so it is not recommended for children, the elderly or people with reduced mobility.

- Access to the condominium is via a small dirt road of about 100m. We recommend the use of 4x4 vehicles.

- The reflecting pool located on the deck is 30cm deep and can be used, but is not suitable for diving. It is not permitted to enter the reflecting pool located at the level of the sauna.

Our house measures around 250m², is entirely made of glass and divided into floors, which can be accessed by stairs.

Upon arriving at the house, from the parking lot, guests must climb a few flights of stairs to access the ground floor. On this floor, we have 3 suites, 1 with a double bed and 2 with single beds, which can be converted into a double bed, if the guest wishes. All suites have air conditioning and clothes racks. Furthermore, 2 of these suites have a private balcony overlooking the forest. In the entrance hall, we also have a small table for a home office.

Climbing the spiral stairs from the entrance hall, guests will access the first floor. The entire space is made of glass, providing a 360° view of the entire surroundings of the house. On this floor, we have a living room with a sofa, armchairs and Smart TV, a dining table and a kitchen equipped with utensils and appliances necessary for the stay. There is also a guest toilet.

When leaving through the door next to the kitchen, you can access the main deck with a gas barbecue, sun loungers, puffs, shower, water feature (30 cm deep) and table with umbrella.

On the side of the living room, there is another staircase, where it is possible to access the top floor of the house, which has a dry glass sauna and a jacuzzi.
