- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay).

- The property has a shared laundry room that is open from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm (charges apply). You will need to go down some stairs to access it.

- We provide an iron, ironing board and hair dryer at no extra cost. To use them, you must confirm availability directly with the laundry room.

- The iron and ironing board can only be used in the laundry room; it is forbidden to take them to the studio.

- You can request the hair dryer from 9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday. You must check availability with our team and pick up the device from the staff member on site. After use, return it immediately so that other guests can use it.

- The property has 16 security cameras spread throughout the common areas. We do not have any cameras in private areas such as the studios.

- It is necessary to go up and down some stairs to access the studio, not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Upon arrival, guests will have access to the kitchen, which is equipped with the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, among others.
