The house accommodates up to 11 people in 5 suites, offering a spacious 380m² area with leisure facilities and convenience. We are located in a gated community with 24-hour on-site security.
We are in a privileged location, close to various beaches, such as Barra da Tijuca, Recreio dos Bandeirantes, Alvorada, Reserva among others. We are also close to the Olympic Golf Course and the Rio de Janeiro Olympic Park, where Rock in Rio takes place.
- We provide complete enxoval with bed linens, linens, blankets and bath and face towels.
- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the suites and the basement of the house, they are not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
- We allow small animals to be estimated, through tax payment of R$100.00 per animal.
- It is obligatory to hire the governor of the house, not worth R$250.00 per day, who will be responsible for the storage and organization of the house.
- The condominium's quiet hours begin at 10 PM. If this rule is violated, a fine of R$2,500.00 will be applied and charged to the guest responsible for the reservation.

Upstairs to the first floor, we have:
- 1 suite with 2 double beds.
- 3 suites with 1 double bed in each, all with air conditioning and one of them with jacuzzi and Smart TV.
On the top floor, we offer an attic with sofas and a powder room.
We also offer high-speed Wi-Fi, gas showers in the suites, irons, and hairdryers.
We offer two uncovered parking spaces inside the house.
Guests will have free access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the tennis court and playground.

It is possible to easily move around the city by foot or using vehicles. It is also possible to use transportation applications, such as Uber, but it may be more difficult to find drivers.
