Our chalet, built in 1949 with araucaria wood, sits on an 11,000m² wooded area. It is small and rustic, maintaining its original style for an authentic Campos do Jordão experience.
Located just 2.5 km from Capivari center and surrounded by nature, the chalet offers tranquility, privacy, and security for every guest.
- We provide bed linens, towels, blankets, and pillows. All beds are equipped with heated sheets and oil heaters.
- Small pets are welcome, subject to prior approval and an additional fee of R$100.00 per pet.

The property offers a tranquil atmosphere, with its main highlight being the surrounding araucaria forests and an adjoining glass room. - A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a stove, refrigerator, oven, water filter, electric kettle and coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, and other utensils.
- The first bedroom features a queen bed, and an extra single bed can be added upon request at the time of booking.
- Each of the other two bedrooms has two single beds, which can be combined to form a double bed if requested at the time of booking.
- Two bathrooms: one indoor with a shower and bathtub, and another outdoor support bathroom with a shower and hot water.
The chalet is also equipped with SKY TV, Netflix in the living room, and high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi (600 MB).
We are located in a safe area, close to residential neighborhoods, with ongoing security provided by night patrols. Three parking spaces are available.
