- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- There is a laundry (payable separately) 8 minutes from the Studio.

- There are no protective screens on the windows.

- ATTENTION: the studio does not have noise-proof windows and, as it is in a dynamic and busy area, it is important to consider the presence of external sounds.

We are just a few steps from the beaches of Lagoinha and Pontal, in a residents' association on a 900m² plot of land with a garden and barbecue area.

- We do not provide bed linen, bath towels or blankets. If you wish, there is an extra cost of R$40 per person.

- Our house is on two levels and has stairs, therefore, it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- As of February 2023, the City of Ubatuba has implemented an environmental preservation fee that must be paid through the Eco Ubatuba website. The fee will be charged using a system similar to the electronic toll collection system on highways, installed at the city's main access points.
