- The house has two independent houses, the one on the upper floor being for the exclusive use of the owner.

- We allow 1 small or medium-sized pet per stay, upon request.

- We do not provide linen. Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, pillows and blankets.

- ATTENTION: We have security cameras in the external areas, such as in the side corridors, in the pool patio and in the garage. We do not have cameras in any internal or private areas of the house.
