The studio has a total area of 25m² and comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a double bed. The building features a leisure area and 24-hour staffed security.
We are located in one of the city's largest business districts, with easy access to Avenida Morumbi and the Morumbi and Market Place shopping malls. We are also just 450m from Morumbi-Claro train station (Line 9 – Emerald and Line 17 – Gold, newly opened with airport access).
We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this service must be requested separately). If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply). There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed with glass windows, ensuring greater safety for the space. The building has a shared OMO laundry facility (additional charges apply, paid directly on site). This area has open Wi-Fi access.

The guest will have access to the condominium's leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, lounge, gym, minimarket, and coworking space. Access to the party room is not allowed.
