Our apartment features a spacious 50m² layout and accommodates up to 3 people with a double bed and a sofa bed. It is located in a condominium with complete leisure facilities and 24-hour on-site security.

We are close to the business center on Av. Brigadeiro Faria Lima and only 350m from the Faria Lima metro station (Line 4 – Yellow), making it the ideal option for business travelers seeking a strategic location.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel, and blanket (one complete set will be offered per stay. If you wish to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be hired separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- The balcony is equipped with child safety screens, ensuring greater security in the area.

- The condominium features a shared OMO laundry (additional charges apply, paid directly on site).

We are located on Rua Oscar Freire, close to Avenida Rebouças, close to restaurants and shopping malls, being ideal for those who want to know more about the city while working.

Our studio is spacious, well decorated and cozy. It has an open concept and accommodates up to 3 people in a double bed and a sofa bed.

Going up the stairs we have a mezzanine with a double bed, in front we have a living room with Smart TV, dining table for 2 people and a home office desk. We also have a closet, air conditioning (hot and cold) and high-speed WI-FI.

For a more cozy atmosphere, we have a blackout curtain in the apartment's division towards the balcony. On the balcony we have a table with two chairs to enjoy the external environment.

When entering the building, through the front door, you need to climb two flights of stairs to reach the reception with 24-hour concierge.
