The building is located 600m from Allianz Parque, where the city's main concerts, events, and football matches take place. We are also close to attractions and amenities such as Parque da Água Branca, West Plaza and Bourbon shopping malls, Memorial da América Latina, and others.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please inform our team in advance (separate charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the studio is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater safety.
