Located about 1 hour from São Paulo, our 72,000m2 wooded farm is the ideal retreat for those looking to escape the routine.
It accommodates up to 20 people comfortably in a main house with 4 bedrooms and a smaller house with 2 bedrooms. It has a large leisure area with barbecue, oven and wood stove, swimming pool, two lakes, cinema room, wine cellar, fireplace, vegetable garden, chicken coop, soccer field and plenty of space to walk amidst nature.
- Small pets are allowed, subject to prior consultation. An additional fee will be charged.

- We have a vegetable garden with different vegetable options available to guests during their stay.
- We have a security system with video monitoring on the outside (entrance door, main door from the inside, balcony and kitchen entrance).
- ATTENTION: For reservations of more than 12 guests, in addition to the rooms in the main house, guests can use two rooms in the smaller house, which is a little more rustic and less comfortable compared to the main house. The smaller house has 3 bunk beds and a suite with a double bed. Guests cannot use the other two rooms in the smaller house, which are for the exclusive use of the staff.
Our farmhouse accommodates up to 20 people. The main house has a space of 400m2, has rustic decor and is full of details, making the environment elegant, charming and cozy.
Access to the main house is on the upper floor, through the garage. Upon entering the house, on this first floor, guests will have access to a TV room, 2 suites and 2 bedrooms that share 1 bathroom. All of them have air conditioning.
When going down the stairs, we reach the dining room, which is the center of the house. It connects to the fireplace room on one side and the kitchen and toilet on the other. In this same room, we have a bar that guards the entrance to the cinema room, which has a 65'' TV, beer cooler, large sofa, retractable armchairs, table and popcorn machine.
From the dining room, we also have access to the outdoor area, which is the heart of the house. In this space, we have a deck with a view of the araucaria trees and a swimming pool, a balcony with sofas and armchairs, sun loungers and a table with an umbrella for eating outdoors.
We also have a games room with a pool table, a gourmet area with a barbecue, a pizza oven and a wood-burning stove.
The second house is a little more rustic, therefore, it has a lower level of comfort when compared to the main house. It is located approximately 230m from the main house. Upon arrival, guests will have access to the balcony with hammocks and a barbecue. Next, we have the dining room, which has tables and chairs for meals. Our support kitchen has a water filter, minibar, tables and chairs. The bedroom has 3 bunk beds, accommodating 6 people. Next door, we have a suite with a double bed.
Down the stairs from the deck, we have a large swimming pool with a slide, sun loungers and a table with an umbrella, perfect for enjoying sunny days. All of this is in front of a lake. There is also a fireplace on the side of the pool area.
We have a covered garage for up to 4 cars.
Guests will have access to all areas of the main house and the second house, including: deck, gourmet area, swimming pool, lakes, vegetable garden and lawns in the surrounding area.
The house has stairs, therefore it is not accessible.
