Our property comfortably accommodates up to 12 people in four bedrooms, offering complete leisure facilities including an outdoor pool and barbecue area.

Located in the city of Igaratá, known as the city of waters, we offer everything you need to recharge your batteries before returning to your routine.

- We do not provide linens. Guests must bring their own pillows, sheets, blankets, and towels.

- Small pets are allowed, subject to prior consultation.

- We do not have a washing machine. It is possible to use a nearby laundry facility.

The house is large and well-maintained, surrounded by nature, bringing even more tranquility and calm to our guests. Inside, there is a spacious living room with a television and sofas. A fully equipped kitchen to better meet your needs, two bathrooms, and four bedrooms:

- Three bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed each.

- One bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed.

Outside, there is a gourmet area with a barbecue equipped with a wood-fired oven, refrigerator, tables, and chairs to provide comfort and convenience. There is a bathroom in the outdoor area and a leisure area with an outdoor pool to ensure relaxation during your stay.

In addition to being surrounded by plenty of green space, the property has a lake decorating the landscape, making the experience even more enjoyable. We have 10 parking spaces available.

We are just a few blocks from Avenida Paulista and close to the Consolação and Oscar Freire subway stations, making it the ideal choice for those who want to explore São Paulo while working.

- The condominium offers shared laundry facilities and a 24-hour grocery store, both with services for an additional fee.

- The studio has child safety screens, providing greater security during your stay.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets. A complete set of linens is available per stay. Additional changes can be arranged separately.

- For reservations of more than 15 nights, we offer a complimentary cleaning service. If you require additional cleaning, please contact our team in advance (service charged separately).

The studio has an open-concept environment and comfortably accommodates up to 2 people in a queen-size box-spring bed. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, water filter, electric coffee maker and all the utensils necessary for a practical stay. For meals, we offer a glass table with four seats.

For those who need to work during their stay, the space has a well-lit desk and high-speed Wi-Fi. We also provide a Smart TV, portable air conditioning and a fan, ensuring comfort at any time of the year.

The studio also offers a hairdryer and a covered parking space in the building itself.

Guests will have access to all areas of the condominium, except the party room. The barbecue area is available for use upon payment and scheduling directly at the reception.

Gourmet Chalet is located in the neighborhood of Gavião Gonzaga in the private condominium Vale do Lajeado, in Campos do Jordão.

Located in the middle of the mountains and surrounded by lots of nature, our chalet has a complete gourmet space and accommodates a small group of up to 5 people.

Upon entering the chalet, the guest will have access to a living room with fireplace, armchairs, tables, barbecue, pizza oven and wood stove.

In front of this space, we have a full kitchen with the necessary utensils for the stay. The place is ideal to enjoy the days with family or friends who may be staying in the other chalets.

At the end of this gourmet area, we have a toilet and a living room with cable TV, armchairs and fireplace.

This environment has a staircase that gives access to the upper floor, which contains two bedrooms: one with a king bed and a single bed and the other with two single beds. All beds are heated with a thermal sheet and a mini dryer is available. Rooms share a bathroom.

There is a door in front of the toilet that gives access to the covered and glazed outdoor area. The environment borders the forest. The place also has tables and chairs for enjoying the view.

There is no cell signal on site, but WI-FI is available.

Upon arriving in Vale do Lajeado, you can park and access the chalet through the garden on the left.

The Gourmet Chalet has stairs inside to access the rooms, so it is not suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Next door we have the kitchen with utensils necessary for the stay and a wood-burning stove. In the same space, we have a dining room with benches all glassed in.

Leaving through the kitchen door, we have a terrace with barbecue and tables overlooking the outdoor area.

Our chalet is spacious and accommodates 11 people. In total, there are 4 suites, 3 inside and 1 outside. They all have heaters and thermal sheets, a mini hairdryer and two of them have a balcony with a view.

After parking your car in our common space, to get to the chalet you need to climb a few flights of stairs on foot. As it is a steep area and does not have accessibility, it is not suitable for the elderly and people with reduced mobility.

When we travel with the family, it is essential to look for places that offer safety, comfort and tranquility so that we can leave our problems behind. Our house offers all this and with a bonus: we are just 350 meters from Martim de Sá Beach, in Caraguatatuba.

Our house is prepared to receive groups of up to eight people with maximum comfort, making the trip even more incredible. In total there are three bedrooms, one suite with a double bed and air conditioning, a double room with two single beds and a quadruple room with a double bed, a bunk bed and air conditioning.

Our living room is large and has sofas, television, ceiling fan and a six-seat dining table. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, water filter and all the necessary utensils for everyday use. In addition, we provide wifi throughout the house so that the best moments can be shared with those who are far away.

The cherry on the cake is on the outside area where we have a super nice gourmet space with barbecue, television and another full kitchen. To make family and friends moments even more enjoyable, we have a large private pool with sun loungers and a waterfall. A great choice to enjoy the sun and relax. We also offer two private parking spaces.

Our privileged location allows you to discover everything on foot without having to take the car out of the garage. For those who like sports, the beach is great for surfing due to the rough sea with good waves, in addition to being considered the point of nightlife in Caraguatatuba.
