Located a few meters from the center of Monte Verde, Chalé Beija-flor accommodates up to 2 guests and is a great option for couples.

Our house is situated on a property of about 3000m2, with a large garden and swimming pool.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets. We have heaters for colder days.

- On the same property there is the Casa Beija-Flor that accommodates up to 6 guests. Don't worry, the entrances are independent and the guest areas are delimited.

Upon entering the chalet, the guest will find a double suite with a box bed, bistro table and chairs overlooking the garden, Smart TV, and fireplace ready for use.

For your convenience, we also have a minibar and basic utensils such as wine glasses, cutlery, plates and cups. The bathroom is directly opposite with a gas shower.

We have WI-FI, in case you need to work from home on the mountain.

We provide 1 parking space inside the property next to the chalet.

Guests will have access to the entire house, including a private garage. The pool available at the property is shared with guests of Chalé Beija-flor (double suite).

The chalet has about 4 flights of stairs to the main entrance, not suitable for those with reduced mobility.

Located opposite Mackenzie Presbyterian University, on Avenida da Consolação, our 42m² studio comfortably accommodates up to two people and is ideal for those looking for a great location in São Paulo, in addition to having a 24-hour in person concierge in the condominium.

The studio is just 300m from the Higienópolis-Mackenzie subway and faces the avenue, making it very quiet. Its biggest difference is the view of Parque Augusta.

- We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in the parking lot next to the building entrance.

- It is mandatory to present the PRINTED reservation form at the entrance to access the building. The Meu Anfitrião team will provide the document online for the guest to print and present.

- There are no child protection screens.

- Visits are not permitted.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you would like extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

The studio is spacious and open-plan. Upon entering the property, on the right, we access a kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances for a practical stay, such as a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, sandwich maker, water filter, glasses, cutlery, cups, and pots. The entryway also has a washer and dryer.

On the left, we have a living room area with a Smart TV, Alexa system, coffee table, and sofa. We also have a side table for those who prefer to work on the sofa. Immediately behind the sofa, we have a home office desk that also serves as a dining table.

At the back of the studio, we have the bedroom area with a queen-size bed, lamps for cozy lighting, portable hot and cold air conditioning, a closet with hangers, and curtains for added comfort. The bathroom is right next door.

We have high-speed Wi-Fi for movies and work.

When entering the building, through the front door, you need to climb two flights of stairs to reach the reception with 24-hour concierge.

After passing the reception, it is necessary to take an elevator to the eighth floor. The condominium does not have a leisure area.

Located in a condominium complex, in Campos do Jordão, our 135m² newly renovated duplex apartment is ideal for families and couples and offers comfort, tranquility and leisure.

We are close to the center following the road to Horto Florestal. At the same time that we are next to restaurants, bars and shops, we are also in the midst of nature and silence.

- There are no child safety screens, but the balconies have guardrails, ensuring greater safety.

- We provide 1 bag of firewood per stay. The rest can be purchased directly at the reception.

- You have to climb some stairs to access the property, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- The apartment has a total capacity of 8 adults. The bunk bed can accommodate 2 additional children (on request, prices apply).

The apartment is very well decorated, airy and has 2 suites and a bedroom on the ground floor, and a suite on the upper floor, all with oil heaters and a double bed in each, accommodating 8 people or 10 people if 2 children are included.

Upon entering the property, guests will have access to the living room with a sofa, chairs, fireplace, Smart TV and a balcony with a barbecue, beer cooler and a beautiful view of the araucaria trees. Integrated with the living room, you will have access to the dining room with space for everyone to sit, as well as the kitchen, planned and complete, with all the necessary utensils for the stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, oven, water filter, extractor hood, among others.

The mezzanine is accessed via a spiral staircase and also connects to the living room and gourmet balcony. In this room, we will find a round table with 4 chairs, a sofa and another Smart TV.

These 5 spaces are perfectly integrated, maintaining proximity between people, even if they are in different locations and occupations.

One of the suites also has a Smart TV. All TVs have cable internet and we also have high-speed Wi-Fi and a guest bathroom.

We provide 2 uncovered and unmarked parking spaces.
