We are located near Avenida Santo Amaro, which provides access to several key points in the city. We are also a few minutes' drive from Congonhas Airport and the Morumbi and Market Place shopping malls, making us the ideal choice for convenience and leisure during your stay.

- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and blankets (one complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, this must be arranged separately).

- If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, please inform our team in advance (additional charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony has railings, ensuring greater safety.

The apartment offers a space of 66m². We are located in Aquarius Residential, w/ complete leisure and 24-hour security. Close to Serra de Caldas Novas Park, water parks, Singapura Shopping, bars such as Simprão and Coliseu, Smart Fit gym, pharmacies, distributors, restaurants, supermarkets, and the Piratas Themed Pizzeria.

- We provide complete linens including pillows, sheets, blankets, bath towels, and bath mats. We do not provide face or pool towels.

- Small pets are allowed (subject to consultation).

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (separate charges apply, payable directly on-site).

- A fee of R$10.00 per person is required to use and access the pool area. You will receive a wristband per person, valid for the entire stay. Payment is exclusively in cash.

- The condominium provides a bucket for transporting drinks from the apartment to the pool area. A security deposit of R$100.00 is required for the use of the bucket, which is returned after use if the bucket is undamaged.
