Our house accommodates up to 35 people, offering a property with a total area of ​​500m², including a swimming pool, party hall, chapel, soccer field, lake, and more.

We are located in a rural area, just 40 minutes from São Paulo and São Roque, where you can enjoy the wine route.

- We do not provide linens. Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels.

- We allow small pets, subject to prior consultation and payment of an extra fee of R$100.00 per pet.

- Access to one of the bedrooms and one of the anterooms requires climbing some stairs, and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The other bedrooms are located on the ground floor.

Upon arrival at the property, guests will have access to:

- A spacious garden connecting all areas of the property, inviting outdoor activities and featuring a children's playground, a soccer field for group activities, and access to a more secluded area with a small lake, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings.

- A small chapel, intended for moments of prayer, reflection, or simply for those seeking a quiet and welcoming space during their stay.

- A fully equipped party room, designed for family and friends to gather, with a barbecue, wood-fired pizza oven, sofas, tables and chairs, as well as foosball and a pool table for moments of relaxation. We offer ten uncovered parking spaces within the property. Depending on the size of the vehicles, it may be possible to accommodate additional vehicles.

Situado no alto de uma montanha e envolto por muita natureza, nosso chalé possui vista para a mata e acomoda até 4 pessoas.

Logo ao entrar no chalé, o hóspede terá acesso a um espaço com uma pequena cozinha, mesa para refeições, cama de solteiro e TV. A cozinha contém os utensílios básicos para o dia-dia da estadia e um cooktop elétrico para preparo de pequenas refeições.

Já no segundo andar, subindo as escadas internas (estilo Santos Dumont), temos 1 suíte com cama de casal queen-size, banheiro com dois chuveiros, mini secador de cabelo e um balcão com vista para a montanha. Todas as camas são aquecidas com lençol térmico.

Não há sinal de celular no local, mas disponibilizamos WI-FI.

We accommodate groups of up to 17 people in four rooms, with beds for 14 people plus 3 separate mattresses.

On the upper floor we have a hall, three large bedrooms, all with ceiling fans, with two double beds, four single beds, two bunk beds, and two complete and spacious bathrooms.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a television, sofas and armchairs, and the dining room has a table with seating for 10, a refrigerator, a side table and a cupboard with crockery and cutlery. In addition, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, five-burner stove, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, blender, utensils, crockery and pans. We do not provide dish towels.

There is also a large bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed. A complete bathroom serves the entire ground floor. A large blindex door connects the dining room to the outdoor gourmet area, which has a sink, barbecue and wooden benches, to relax in the best way after a good day at the beach.

We also have two private parking spaces and space for a third vehicle in front of the house. On the balcony we have supports for two hammocks, take yours!

As we are located in the center of Ubatuba, it is very advantageous to get to know the surroundings on foot. We have a beautiful tree-lined square nearby, a large supermarket, a great fruit shop in front of the square and, on our street, an excellent bakery that offers a sophisticated breakfast. And many other points to visit such as the Barra lighthouse, the statue of Father Anchieta and the peace landmark, not to mention the fish market.
