In a condominium with a leisure area and 24-hour in person concierge, our studio accommodates up to 2 people in a 27m² space, making it ideal for those looking to stay in one of the most desirable regions in the south of São Paulo.

The building is positioned in a strategic location, close to the Campo Belo subway and Shopping Ibirapuera, for those who want to see more of the city while working.

- There are no child protection screens.

- We provide bed linen, bath towel and blanket (1 complete linen will be provided per stay. If you want to change the linen and towels during your stay, this must be purchased separately).

- If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply separately).

- The condominium has a shared OMO laundry room (charges apply separately).

Upon entering, the guest will have access to the kitchen, which has the necessary utensils for a practical stay such as microwave, refrigerator, cooktop, hood, water filter, 3-heart coffee maker, among others, as well as a table with chairs for dining. In the same space, we have a double bed and a table with chairs for a home office.

A balcony with a glass door divides the spaces. In addition to being covered, the balcony can be closed with blackout curtains, ensuring greater comfort during your stay.

We also have high-speed WI-FI, Smart TV, air conditioning and a bathroom with electric shower.

We do not have a garage, but it is possible to park in front of the building or in a nearby parking lot (charges apply).

Guests will have access to the condominium facilities, such as: gym, heated pool, mini-market and coworking space. They will not have access to the party room.

We are just 300 meters from Oscar Freire station (Line 2 - Yellow) and 1km from Avenida Paulista, one of the city's most famous tourist attractions, with landmarks such as Japan House and Casa das Rosas.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets. A complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to have them changed during your stay, you will need to hire this service separately.

- Additional cleaning services can be requested during your stay. To do this, please contact our team in advance (service charged separately).

- The studio does not have child safety screens, but it is completely enclosed by glass windows, offering greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room, with a charge made directly on site.

- To access the condominium entrance, you need to climb some stairs, so the place is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- It is possible to store your luggage free of charge in the building's 24-hour luggage storage area; simply identify yourself at the reception desk. However, check-in is only possible from the time stipulated in your reservation.

- The condominium provides breakfast (at an additional cost).
