Our house accommodates up to 10 people in four suites, one with a queen-size bed, one with a super-king-size bed, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds, a single bunk bed, and an extra bed.

We are located in the gated community of Marluá, one of the most renowned condominiums in the region, which has a complete leisure area and 24-hour concierge, located in front of Itacimirim beach and approximately 15 minutes by car from Praia do Forte.

- We provide a complete set of pillows, sheets, blankets, and bath and face towels.

- You will need to climb some stairs to access the suites in the house, and they are not recommended for people with reduced mobility. The only suite on the ground floor is the suite with a queen-size bed.

- The house has 4 security cameras in the external area of ​​the house, spread out in the 4 corners of the property. There are no cameras in the internal or private areas of the house.

- Energy and water consumption must be paid separately, with meters being checked at entry and exit.

Upon arrival at the house, guests will have access to the pool and deck, which has sofas and a sunshade. Next door, we have the gourmet area, which has a refrigerator with a water filter, cooktop stove, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, electric oven, freezers and other utensils for a practical stay, as well as a projector and a lavatory. Next, we have an outdoor area with a hammock, barbecue, another cooktop stove, oven and more freezers. One of the suites is located on the ground floor, while the other three suites are on the upper floor.

We also have gas showers in the suites, iron, hair dryer, Smart TVs in the three suites on the upper floor and high-speed WI-FI throughout the house.

We provide two covered and marked parking spaces.

Guests will have free access to all the condominium facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, games room and access to Itacimirim beach. The leisure facilities are open from 6 am to 10 pm.

We are approximately 1km from Praia das Cigarras and offer a complete leisure area with a heated pool, beach tennis court and gourmet area with barbecue.

- We provide a complete set of linens, including pillows, sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and bath and face towels. Beach towels are not provided.

- The house has security cameras in the exterior area, facing the entrance. There are no cameras in the interior or private areas of the house.

- We allow small pets for a fee of R$130.00.

- Two suites are located on the ground floor, but it is necessary to climb stairs to access the other two, making them not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- According to ABNT standards, the heated pool can reach temperatures of 27°C to 29°C for recreation, and the spa pool (smaller) can reach temperatures of 29°C to 32°C. The temperature cannot exceed these values.

- The pool heater is turned on the day before check-in. If you check in on the same day as your reservation, the pool will not be fully heated until the following day.

- Pool heating is free for reservations of 3 or more nights. For reservations of 3 or fewer nights, pool heating is optional and will be charged R$180.00 per day if the guest wishes to heat the pool.

- For reservations of 3 or more nights, we also have a pool attendant who will visit the property free of charge every two days to clean the pool. For reservations of 3 or fewer nights, pool cleaning is optional and will be charged R$100.00 per pool cleaning visit.

Upon arrival, guests will have access to the balcony, which features sofas and a pool table. Entering the house, there is a living room with a Smart TV, sofas, chairs, and a sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay, such as a refrigerator, stove, oven, water filter, air fryer, microwave, range hood, blender, toaster, electric coffee maker, rice cooker, and more, in addition to a dining room with a table and chairs for meals.

The two suites on the ground floor each have a queen bed and a single bed, as well as wardrobes and a desk.

The first suite on the upper floor has a king bed, armchairs, wardrobes, a Smart TV, and a mini-fridge, as well as a whirlpool tub in the bathroom. The second suite has four double beds, a dresser, and a Smart TV.

We are in a central region, it is possible to easily move to other beaches in the south or north region.

One suite has a double bed, a work desk, a walk-in closet, one with a double bed and an upper bunk bed, and the other with two single beds and a single trundle bed.

Outside, up a few stairs, you'll find the house's jacuzzi, located next to the attached house. For added privacy, a wall prevents guests in the attached house from seeing the jacuzzi.

We offer high-speed Wi-Fi for home offices. We also have a laundry room with a washing machine, which can be used as long as the housekeeper isn't using it.

Outside the house, there's a two-car garage.

We have a large and complete leisure area with a football field, children's playground, barbecue area, games room, swimming pool and much more. Furthermore, we are located in the Maracatú neighborhood, less than 6km from the center of Guararema. Being easily accessible to many tours in the region.

- The entire route is paved/paved. There is no dirt road, either for those coming via the Ayrton Senna and Dutra Highways, or for access to the center of Guararema.

- There is a couple of caretakers who live at the back of the property. They will welcome guests and be available for any maintenance, but will leave guests at ease during their stay.

- We do not have a covered garage. It is possible to park inside the property.

- We provide pillows. We do not provide bed linen and bath towels.

- We allow small pets, upon request.

- The standard check-out time is 12:00 PM, but we can allow late check-out until 5:00 PM for a fee of R$300.00.

Upon arriving at the property, our guests will find a large outdoor leisure space amidst lots of greenery. It includes a football field, playground, fut table, children's and adult pool, shower and sun loungers. In this environment, we have 2 bathrooms.

We also offer a gourmet space near the pool that has a pizza oven, wood stove, barbecue, snack grill and support kitchen.

In the games room, there are other leisure options such as table tennis, card table, dominoes table and board games.

Before entering the house, guests will have access to an airy balcony with chairs to relax. Inside the property, we have a TV room and another room with sofas and a fireplace. In addition, we have a full kitchen with the necessary utensils for your stay.

We have 6 rooms, which accommodate a total of 21 people, including: 5 triple rooms with double and single beds and 1 room with 4 single beds. The bedrooms share 3 bathrooms inside the house.

We also offer WI-FI for those who need to work from home.

The house is ground floor, however there are some stairs that give access to the leisure area, so we ask for attention with the elderly and people with reduced mobility.
