Our house was designed by architect Jean Gillon, has 450m² and accommodates up to 13 people in 3 suites, 1 bedroom and 1 small support room at the back, in addition to having a gourmet area, solarium and views of the Araucária Valley.

We are in a quiet area 1km from Capivari, one of the best-known tourist centers in the city, where you can visit parks, restaurants and everything Campos do Jordão has to offer.

- We allow 2 small pets per stay, upon request. Animals are only allowed to roam outside the house.

- It is mandatory to hire the daily cleaner Tais to carry out cleaning and breakfast services during the hours of 7:30 am to 1 pm. The cost is R$180.00 per day

- We provide a complete layette with sheets, pillows, pillowcases, blankets, bath, face and pool towels and dish towels in the kitchen.

- It is necessary to climb some stairs to access the house's suites, and is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. However, there is a suite with bunk beds on the ground floor of the house.

The house has 3 suites and 1 bedroom on the upper floor and 1 small support suite on the lower floor, including: a suite with a double bed, Smart TV, space for a home office and support bars in the bathroom, a suite with a double bed and sofa bed, a suite with a king-size bed, trundle bed and bunk bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a small support suite on the ground floor with a bunk bed, which does not offer the same level of comfort as the other bedrooms. We have three living rooms, each with its own fireplace (for added security, we have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors), as well as a piano, game table and Smart TV. Our gourmet space is indoors and has a pizza oven, barbecue, fireplace and dining table that can accommodate all guests.

In the outdoor area of ​​the house, we have a solarium decorated with lounge chairs, a round table with chairs, an umbrella, a large lawn and views of the mountains.

We are located within a residential condominium on the seafront in the southern part of the island with complete leisure infrastructure.

- We provide a complete set of pillows, sheets, blankets and bath and face towels. A roll of toilet paper will be provided per bathroom.

- You will need to climb some stairs to access the house and suites, and are not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

- According to condominium rules, access to the pool costs R$100.00/day per person (day use).
To use the pool on Saturday or Sunday, guests must reserve and pay directly with the condominium administrator by Friday.

- We provide 5 beach chairs.

- We allow small pets for a fee of R$130.00.

- According to ABNT standards, the heated pool can reach temperatures of 27°C to 29°C for recreation, and the spa pool (smaller) can reach temperatures of 29°C to 32°C. The temperature cannot exceed these values.

- The pool heater is turned on the day before check-in. If you check in on the same day as your reservation, the pool will not be fully heated until the following day.

- Pool heating is free for reservations of 3 or more nights. For reservations of 3 or fewer nights, pool heating is optional and will be charged R$180.00 per day if the guest wishes to heat the pool.
