Enjoy leisure time in our spacious 1,050m² house, ideal for gathering family and friends, comfortably accommodating up to 16 people in two suites upstairs and two suites downstairs.
Located approximately 1km from Praia das Cigarras beach, the property offers a complete leisure area with a heated pool, beach tennis court, and a gourmet area with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying good times and relaxing after a day at the beach.
- We provide a complete set of linens, including pillows, sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and bath and face towels. Beach towels are not provided.
- The house has security cameras in the exterior area, facing the entrance. There are no cameras in the interior or private areas of the house.
- We allow small pets for a fee of R$130.00.
- Two suites are located on the ground floor, but it is necessary to climb stairs to access the other two, making them not recommended for people with reduced mobility.
- According to ABNT standards, the heated pool can reach temperatures of 27°C to 29°C for recreation, and the spa pool (smaller) can reach temperatures of 29°C to 32°C. The temperature cannot exceed these values.
- The pool heater is turned on the day before check-in. If you check in on the same day as your reservation, the pool will not be fully heated until the following day.
- If the guest wishes to heat the pool, the cost is R$180.00 per day, with a minimum stay of 2 nights required. The heating request must be made at least 1 day in advance.
- For reservations of 3 or more nights, we also have a pool attendant who will visit the property free of charge every two days to clean the pool. For reservations of 3 or fewer nights, pool cleaning is optional and will be charged R$100.00 per pool cleaning visit.
Upon arrival, guests will find:

- Eight bathrooms in total, including those in the suites.
- A laundry area with a washing machine and clothesline.
- Additional amenities include an iron, 3 hair dryers, air conditioning in the suites and living room, cable TV, curtains in the suites, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house.
- 7 uncovered parking spaces for small and medium-sized cars.
The guest will have free access to all areas of the house.

About 1 km from the house, Praia das Cigarras is one of the most tranquil beaches in São Sebastião, ideal for those seeking relaxation by the sea. With generally calm waters and a beautiful view of the Ilhabela channel, the beach is perfect for walks on the sand, swimming, and family moments. The area also has beachfront kiosks and restaurants where you can enjoy snacks, seafood, and drinks while admiring the view. It's a great option for those who want to enjoy the coast in a more peaceful setting, away from the busier beaches in the region.
You can easily get around the city on foot or by car. You can also use ride-hailing apps like Uber, but it can be harder to find drivers.
