Our apartment has a space of 39m² and has a double bed and a futon for two, accommodating up to 4 people. The condominium has a complete leisure area and 24-hour doorman.

The building is close to the Moema subway (Line 5 – Lilac), next to the Alvorada Hospital and 1km from Ibirapuera Park, making it a combination of leisure and practicality.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- If you require additional cleaning during your stay, please notify our team in advance (charges apply).

- There are no child safety screens, but the balcony is enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.

- The condominium has a shared laundry room (charges apply, instructions provided directly on site).

Upon entering, guests will have access to the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils for a practical stay, such as a refrigerator, cooktop stove, microwave, oven, sandwich maker, blender, electric coffee maker, toaster, among others, as well as a table with chairs for meals or a home office. The balcony is integrated into the living room, and there is another table with seats, glass windows and blinds.

We also have air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, iron and bathroom with gas shower and hair dryer.

We provide an unmarked parking space inside the building.
