- We provide bed linens, bath towels, and a blanket (one complete set per stay. Requests for linen or towel changes during your stay must be arranged separately).

- If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, please contact our team in advance (additional cost).

- The studio does not have child safety screens, but it does have glass windows, ensuring greater safety.

- The condominium offers a shared laundry room (OMO) (use for a fee).

Upon arrival, guests will have access to the studio, equipped with a Smart TV, hot and cold air conditioning, a workspace with a lamp, and cabinets. We are approximately 800m from the Vila Madalena subway station (Line 2 – Green) and close to several bars, restaurants and attractions in the region, such as Praça Pôr do Sol and Beco do Batman.

- We provide bed linen, bath towels and blankets (1 complete set of linens will be provided per stay. If you wish to change the linens and towels during your stay, you must purchase them separately).

- There are no child safety screens, but the apartment has a balcony enclosed by glass windows, ensuring greater security.
